Where We Ship

We currently ship to customers across the United States and internationally to select countries. Please note that shipping times may vary based on location and local customs procedures.

Processing Time

All in-stock items are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Custom or made-to-order items may take longer to ship, and estimated processing times will be mentioned on the product page. If your order is placed after 14:00 on a Saturday or any time on a Sunday or a public holiday, we shall only process your order during regular business hours on the next business day.

Also Note:
  • The delivery time mentioned above is only for reference purposes. The actual delivery time shall be subject to the courier companies.
  • In case of public holidays or festive seasons, the actual delivery time will be posted on the courier companies’ website.
  • In case of delivery to a remote area or during bad weather, the delivery time may also be extended.
  • Should our delivery of products be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, we will promptly notify you and take steps to minimize the impact of the delay. While we are not liable for delays caused by such events, should the delay pose a risk of substantial inconvenience, you may terminate the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but have not received.
  • We do not ship to freight forwarding addresses or PO Boxes. You are required to provide a residential or business address for delivery purposes.
  • Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico may require additional payment and shipping time.
  • 2nd day air and overnight packages are not delivered on weekends.
  • Regarding packages that are marked delivered by the carrier, either USPS, UPS or FedEx, CRESCND is not liable for lost packages.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also track your order status through your account on our website.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

We work closely with our courier service providers to minimize the potential impact of delays to our international customers. However, we are not responsible for any custom clearance delays. International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties based on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears to be delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team at crescnd.designs@gmail.com. We will work with the shipping provider to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Address Disclaimer

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.

  • Shipping timeframes are estimated and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays once the item has been dispatched from our facility.
  • We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If an issue arises, we will assist in filing claims with the respective courier.
  • All duties, taxes, and customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the buyer.
  • In the event of a returned shipment due to incorrect or insufficient address information, the buyer will be responsible for reshipping costs.
  • We reserve the right to update shipping rates, carriers, and processing times at any time without prior notice.
  • CRESCND reserves the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or fraudulent. All fraudulent transactions will be reported to proper authorities.
