Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your jewelry purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help with a smooth return process.
Eligibility for Returns
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging with tags and certificates (if applicable). If an item is returned to us in a worn or otherwise unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to deny a refund. Should you wish to have such items returned to you, you may be required to cover the associated delivery costs.
- You are responsible for the condition of the goods until they are received by us. Ensure that items are adequately packaged to prevent damage during transit. CRESCND is not liable for any loss or damage to products while in transit; hence, we recommend using a reliable courier service and obtaining proof of postage. If returned products are lost or damaged in transit, you may be required to compensate CRESCND for such loss or damage, and a refund may not be issued.
- Custom-made, engraved, personalized, or final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
- For international orders, please note custom duties and sales taxes are non-refundable.
- Returns will not be accepted if the product labels have been removed, damaged, or lost.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at crescnd.designs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Wait for our Return Authorization & Instructions before sending the item back.
- Carefully pack the item and ship it using a trackable and insured shipping method.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment. This time frame may extend during peak periods, subject to your bank’s processing times.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective item.
- We are unable to issue refunds for any item(s) lost or damaged in transit.
- Discounts, coupons and delivery costs, etc., will not be refunded.
- In case of dispute, CRESCND’s decision shall be final and binding.
Exchanges
- We do not accept exchanges for items.
- If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

- Gift cards
- Items marked final sale
- Earrings (due to hygiene reasons)
Return Address
Returns must be shipped to the address provided in your Return Authorization. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.Terms & Conditions
